Call for expression of interest for civil society representatives to participate in the work of EMA’s Paediatric Committee

The European Commission has launched a call for expression of interest to represent patient and healthcare professional organisations in EMA’s Paediatric Committee (PDCO).

Three members and alternates from patient organisations and three members and alternates from healthcare professional organisations will be appointed for a three-year mandate starting on 1 August 2023.

The deadline for submission of applications is 3 November 2022. Current members may re-apply.

Representatives from civil societies are involved in the PDCO‘s procedures in the same way as all other members and should be prepared to actively contribute to the PDCO‘s scientific discussions about medicines for children.
